How to find your Pag-IBIG MID number

Your MID number (Membership ID) is your permanent Pag-IBIG number. You need it for MP2, loans and claims. The quickest ways to find it:

1. Just registered? Use “Verify MID Number” in Virtual Pag-IBIG with your Registration Tracking Number (RTN), last name and birth date.
2. Forgotten it? Email Pag-IBIG’s Contact Center at contactus@pagibigfund.gov.ph, send a private message to Pag-IBIG’s official Facebook page, call the hotline, or visit a branch with one valid ID.

MID number and registration tracking number

When you register online, Pag-IBIG gives you a Registration Tracking Number (RTN) at once. It is temporary. At the next cut-off, Pag-IBIG’s system checks for duplicate records and then assigns your permanent MID number, two to three working days later.

To turn your RTN into your MID number, Pag-IBIG’s membership page gives these steps:

1. Two to three working days after you got your RTN, go to Virtual Pag-IBIG.
2. Click “Be A Member”, then “Verify MID Number”.
3. Enter your RTN, last name and date of birth, and click “Submit”.

Ways to find it

Pag-IBIG’s membership page and Citizen’s Charter list these ways to get your MID number if you have lost it. We have copied them as Pag-IBIG gives them, checked on 20 October 2026:

• Email the Contact Center at contactus@pagibigfund.gov.ph and ask for your MID number.
• Facebook: send a private message to Pag-IBIG Fund’s official Facebook page and give the details they ask for to verify you.
• Hotline: call (02) 8724-4244 (+63 2 8724 4244 from abroad). The charter says you must answer at least three security questions correctly. Pag-IBIG says the Contact Center is open 24/7.
• Branch: visit any Pag-IBIG branch with one valid ID.

We can’t look up your MID number, and you should never send your MID number or ID to anyone other than Pag-IBIG’s own channels.

If you have two MID numbers

If you have more than one MID number, Pag-IBIG merges the records into one. Its membership page asks for:

• the Request for Consolidation/Merging of Member’s Records form (PFF093), filled in;
• one valid ID;
• a photocopy of your SSS employment history.

You hand these in at a Pag-IBIG branch and keep the acknowledgment receipt. The membership page says to allow 15 to 20 working days, and Pag-IBIG tells you by text or email when it is done. (The Citizen’s Charter gives 7 working days for “complex” requests; the time depends on your case.) A representative can file it with an authorisation letter. Pag-IBIG’s site doesn’t offer a way to merge records online.

Finding it from abroad

From overseas, the email and Facebook routes are the easiest. Pag-IBIG also lists:

• OFW OwnLINE, ofw_ownline@pagibigfund.gov.ph, its priority email for OFWs;
• Virtual Office Facebook pages for East Asia, North America, Oceania, Singapore, the UAE and Kuwait, and the UK and Ireland, which say “we are here to serve you, 24/7”;
• Overseas Service Desks in Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Milan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar and Riyadh.

All of them are on Pag-IBIG’s OFW page. Pag-IBIG names email, Facebook, the hotline and branches as the ways to retrieve an MID number; the OFW channels help with membership in general.
